The Museum is Open

In the event of a government shutdown, our Museum will remain open to the public through at least December 24, 2024. More information about visiting the Museum can be found on Plan Your Visit.

Resources in the Museum

The Museum’s Resource Center is located on our second floor. It is open Sunday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for federal holidays and Yom Kippur.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we will continue to monitor conditions and may make adjustments to our hours. The Resource Center may be closed on certain days on short notice. Public computers will still be available for limited research.

Help From Museum Staff

Resource Center staff is available to provide guidance and answer your questions. We provide free research services to those seeking information about the fates of specific individuals. We can assist you in identifying relevant sources in the Museum for researching locations and direct you to specific museum collections or to other institutions that might provide additional information.
